He was dating this other
girl named Jackie Domac who was like 30 years older than him. I don't know
what the story behind their break up is but it has something to do with
him verbally abusing her and stuff.

issue of the People magazine:
On May 6 in LA, Jacqueline
L. Domac, 34, former girlfriend of actor Edward Furlong, 21, filed a lawsuit
against the TERMINATOR 2 star, alleging assault and battery and seeking
compensation for allegedly acting as his manager for three years. Domac,
who started dating Furlong in 1994 when she was 29 and he was 16 contends
that during their relationship she was "subjected to a barrage of verbal
abuse, threats [and] violent outbursts." Furlong had no comment.
